Why Should You Choose Computers 4 Kids?
HIGH ACCEPTANCE LEVELS - Computers 4 Kids is a 16 year old company, used in more than 460 schools and over 250,000 children use this software daily in South Africa alone.
- OUR INTEGRATED APPROACH - means we do not try to teach a 10 old child the same way an adult would be taught. Our software content is integrated into specific school topics that children are covering in their school lessons as set in the national curriculum. Our software reinforces the topics in an EDUCATIVE AND FUN way. Children have enough homework and other distractions so our software keeps children interested and excited about what they are learning at school.
- INTERNATIONAL ACCREDITATION - makes our product stand out from many other software products out there. Our program is endorsed by ICDL South Africa (www.icdl.org.za) which ensures that on completion of the full program, the child is awarded a certification that is recognized worldwide.
- MULTI DISCIPLINED APPROACH - the learners do not just do "school" lessons for an hour - they learn mouse skills, touch typing, technical terms (to increased computer vocabulary), educational games, and of course the integrated lessons/ activities.
- LOCALISED CONTENT - the lessons offered have been customized for Swaziland - local flag, culture, people, geography. The product is constantly developed to adapt to changes in the National Curriculum and also to include topical content such as Zone VI games 2010.
